Dr. Zivich has a dedicated and knowledgeable staff and it is very easy to communicate with the office or make an appointment. The staff if BDH is very dedicated to getting prescriptions filled on time, responding to questions, and pushing through insurance paperwork. I went to BDH for laser hair removal on legs and armpits. The office is clean and welcoming and Dr. Zivich is fantastic to work with (it's six hour long sessions... so lots of time talking!). He's caring, knowledgeable and takes a holistic/patient-focused approach to wellness. Best doctor I've had. I experience a wide range of somewhat random medical issues and also have to get a lot of bloodwork done for my medications. They are always there, respond very quickly and help with everything. They know more about FMLA than the HR person at my work.
